You could look at applying to the EC English Language Schools that has a facility across 9 locations in UK. Depending on your preference, you can choose from London, Cambridge, Brighton, San Francisco, San Diego, New York, Boston, Malta and Cape Town.  It is the ideal place to go if you are keen on pursuing a course in English and improving your language.

Another option would be the South Thames College London (International). The college has a name for the students who pass out of there, especially the international students. The college sees over 20,000 students every year, and offers a wide range of courses ranging from Arts to business and even Engineering across under graduate and post graduate levels.   

Similarly the University of St Andrews located in Scotland offers courses that provide extensive programs in Arts, History, Biology, English and Finance, to name a few.  They have an office in New Delhi where candidates can go for counseling and information.
