The Dutch government has attempted to make higher education as accessible as possible to students and professionals from around the world. Tuition fees for a degree programme at a Dutch higher education institution start at €1,672 for EU students. Tuition fees tend to be higher for non-EU students.
It's worth checking with individual institutions, but in general tuition fees in Netherlands are very reasonable compared with other countries around the world.
