The first regional university of its kind in the world, Asia e University (AeU) is an initiative of Malaysia with the support of 31 Asia Cooperation Dialogue member countries. Led by Prof Dato Dr Ansary Ahmed, a highly sought after expert and speaker on e-learning and management in higher education, the University aspires to make quality higher education affordable and accessible to students all over Asia.

Courses at AeU
AeU collaborates with Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) and training centres in the 31 ACD Member Countries to offer a wide array of programs ranging from undergraduate and postgraduate studies to professional short courses and foundation studies.


Dual-mode University
AeU follows dual-mode course delivery that combines online distance learning and face-to-face learning to suit different lifestyles. Involving independent study, online discussion and classroom interaction, AeU's dual-mode delivery is dynamic and flexible to meet the changing needs of students.   

Support and accreditation
AeU has governmental support from 31 Asian countries such as India, Iran, Saudi Arabia, China, Bangladesh, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia. Click here for the complete list of ACD member countries. This support and collaboration brings to students an international curriculum, international exposure, and international speakers.

Asia e University has obtained accreditation for all academic programmes (non-executive programmes) from Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
