University of Wales, Newport, UK
The University of Wales, Newport has been involved in higher education since 1841 and attracts students from over 80 countries around the world. The University is internationally known for its high quality undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programmes in art, media and design, business, accounting and education, highly advanced facilities, and well-qualified staff who have earned the top rating, 'confidence', from the Quality Assurance Agency.
Newport is the third largest city in Wales and has a multicultural community. Beautiful landscapes and historical sites enhance the beauty of the University's campuses. The University's two campuses are at Allt-yr-yn and Caerleon connected by a free bus service running regularly between them.
The University offers its courses through the School of Art, Media and Design, Newport Business School, School of Health and Social Sciences, School of Education and the Centre for Community Life Long Learning.
