Course summary Students set their own agenda within the framework of this course, consolidating their previous architectural education and training through design propositions and explorations of technology and theory; the course carries full and unconditional prescription from the Architects Registration Board (ARB) as satisfying the Part 2 criteria and is unconditionally validated by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA); applicants complete 2 research-led studio design projects, as well as lecture courses in contemporary architectural history and theory, and environment and technology; these integrated units encourage applicants to develop their own research interests, providing the intellectual framework for their design thesis.
