Course summary The art courses are all based in a dedicated suite of rooms and taught by staff with a range of specialism's and areas of experience. During your course, you will get the opportunity to work across our wide range of facilities including digital graphics, print, textiles and 3D as well as developing your drawing and painting abilities. During the course, you will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills including: Research and investigation, Experimenting and sampling with a range of materials, Developing and selecting ideas, Producing work, Presenting and exhibiting work in a professional way, Evaluating and assessing work and Working both independently and in groups. You will complete a series of projects that will cover 18 units over the duration of the course. Your work will be assessed regularly and you will receive written and verbal feedback about how you can improve. The course culminates in an independent Final Major Project. As a London college, we are able to arrange regularly visits to museums and galleries throughout your studies, as well as opportunities to access programmes run by London universities. Student work is regularly displayed across the college and at the end of the course your work will be shown at a public exhibition.
International admissions requirements * A portfolio of art work to a relevant standard including observational and expressive drawing * 4 GCSEs grade A*-C or equivalent including Art and English or BTEC First or GNVQ Intermediate in Art & Design at Merit/Distinction
