Course summary This cookery and beverage course is for you if you want to gain the skills, knowledge and techniques required to work in industry. You will be taught practical aspects of the course in our training kitchen preparing and cooking food. You will develop your skills in coustomer service as you greet and seat customers, take food orders, serve drinks in our training restaurant 'The Tower' which is open to the public during term time. This practical work experience will help you to develop a wide range of skill sought after by employers seeking qualified trained staff.
