Program modules Stage 1: Introduction of key concepts, including: tourism and the environment; tourism behaviour; financial management; information technology; and European business environment. Stage 2: Modules including: tourism planning and management; tourism research methods; European tourism; further aspects of financial management; marketing; and human resource management. Year 3: Optional industrial placement yr. Stage 3: Case studies; modules including: sustainable tourism; tourism forecasting; tourism and crime; and international hospitality operations. Honours project if appropriate.
