Course summary The aim of the course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to operate effectively within a professional marketing environment, and to significantly enhance their level of expertise; students gain a thorough understanding of the theoretical frameworks of strategic marketing, design and innovation, and appreciation of how these are applied in a practical setting; students learn to take a creative approach to product and service design; the objectives of the course are to provide a sound and coherent foundation in marketing and innovation such that the graduate is able to define and execute practical marketing activities that exist in professional practice.
