Course summary This course provides students with professional training in music therapy with an emphasis on clinical placements, and an introduction to various music therapy approaches; it trains suitably experienced musicians as professional music therapists at Master's level, adhering to the general clinical definition of music therapy within the UK; the Master's qualifies students to work as a music therapist, and successful candidates are eligible for registration with the Health Professions Council.
