Course summary This course is offered on a non-modular basis; the programme addresses, and is assessed against, the 11-16 national Standards for Qualified Teacher Status provided by the Training and Development Agency, but goes beyond this into Key Stage 5 (16-18) and explores the complex and demanding nature of education; 1 strong theme that runs through the programme is integrating the use of technology into teaching; students are introduced to a range of scientific software as well as being trained to use and develop resources for interactive technology that is now to found in many science classrooms.
